This is to inform you that, i have bought samsung j-7, imei no.
[protected], on[protected] from electromart stores p ltd, greater
Noida. After 3days o[censored]sing the phone i am facing software problem in
Your device, it has been going on safe mode automatically. I went on
To your service care center in bathinda, in which they did software
But after that my issues have not been resolved. I have already given
Complained to the customer care about the same and to the service
Center of samsung in bathinda, from last few days but still no issues
Are being resolved. I have already wasted my precious time just
Because of the defected piece which your firm have made and gotten me
Into mental harassment as well as wastage of my time.
Hence kindly replace my phone with the new one or refund me back my
Money asap. Or i shall be going to theconsumer court if my problems
Are not solved immediately.

I ordered as above mentioned but didn't get Samsung 2.0 Bluetooth and i get 64 gb sd card not 128 gb as mentioned... And i get the samsung power bank not MI power bank. So i need to replace it.
