M usimg j7 prime in which within 1 year m facing moterboard issue.. When m reaching to service centre.. They are saying like its not a big deal you can do it by software update.. But again i am facing same problem.. Now dey are saying its motherboard fault.. And now your device is out of warrenty.. You have to pay for it..
