Respected sir,
I have a sumsung j7 prime which i purchased and continuously my phone was getting hung. However i was able to reboot it. But before giving to service center, i was not able to reboot it or power if off. When i gave to service center, i was told that software issue. But when i called service center to get update. They were staying it was liquid damage. But am every much double sure that there was no water damage to the phone anytime. Service center is charging 7800 for the motherboard replacement when still the phone is under warranty. I know that warranty does not cover the damage. However i am requesting for 50 % off on the repair charge since i sure that there was not liquid damage to the phone. I had contacted service center reference number [protected] & i was not getting update. However one lady called from chennai head office & she was very rude and when i asked for escalation matrix she was denying to provide the same.
Would you please help on this matter.
