[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung j7 pro mobile complaint about misbehave while using apps and while listening songs

Respected sir/mam
I am facing a problem in my mobile phone that my phone is doesn't work properly as i'm using app called starmaker which is not working properly in my device but with same configuration of device this app is working properly on almost all devices of j7 pro model. And other one is that while listening music via earphone some distorting sound is came when opening applications.
Customer service center is not take my problems seriously.
My question is that if you can't solve my problem than what is the benefit of taking a mobile phone of high profile and most popular company. I can take mobile phone of chinese company like mi in which all applications and everything works well.
I hope you will take some action for my problems.
