Dear team,
Reference to the purchase of my new mobile samsung j7 max in lucknow on 03.09.2017 with imei1:[protected]/01 imei2 : [protected]/01 sn : rz8j80t5j7n. On 26.12.2017 morning when i wake up i was unable to check mobile due to no display and when i reached to the samsung service centre at jaipur customer service person asked me to visit other service centre as they don't have the parts and when i have told give me in writing or call your manager then he asked his manager mohan chaudhary. First store manager told me that he is unable to fix the issue as they don't have the parts of lcd and when i have said that i will not go anywhere and mark the complaint then he taken my phone to open and check what is the issue as unable to understand the issue in lcd and then came back after few minutes with opened mobile phone and declared that the screen damaged from inside where i have told that my phone was not damaged as when i have handed over to you, you have accepted the phone after checking. He refused and asking for the replacement charges for replacement of screen which is not at all justify with a phone purchased within 3 months and 20 days who is under warranty. The best part is the phone display was gone due to detachment of the clip inside the phone as per the store manager which is also another issue in samsung mobile. Frequently facing lock unlock issue as the clip was not been fixed properly by the service centre. Service centre open the mobile without entering the job sheet and even not provided any job card no for further reference as they have not created job card which is mandatory for all the service centres for all products.
What i have observed that after sales service of samsung is really pathetic as the product is really not acceptable which makes defective within 3 months as i have used nokia, htc & other branded phones but never ever faced such issues till i have the product with me and even never ever get chance to visit their service centre as the product is so good but this time i think i have been cheated where the product performance is so pathetic. My wife was also purchased the same product in july and it is working fine. I claim to replace the screen and fix the other issues facing at my mobile on priority and need action from samsung else i have to be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities as customer satisfaction should be the priority for every organisation as customer experience perform the sale of the product. I need urgent positive response from samsung as facing lot of issues with my handset and i am out of town so no other handset standby to use.
