[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung j8

I purchased a samsung j8 on aug 1, 2018 through debit card by paying rs. 19000/- at that time, there was a scheme of rs. 2000/- cash back offer which was to be credited within a period of 90 days. But even today i. E. 12th nov., after the expiry of 90 days, the cashback is still not received. My contact no. Is [protected]. Samsung company is required to look into the matter urgently.

Hi,
I'm Regular customer to Samsung phone .I updated my J7 pro and after the update the touch was unresponsive. there's no tech support, you can not even downgrade it. I'm very dispointed. I lost all my data.

I am having samsung washing machine fully automatic 5.8 kg WA75K6C
the above said machine was not taking inlet water as the water line and fittings are correct, their is no choke in the inlet valve strainer.
hence please arrange the service Engineer to resolve the problem
the above said problem i am facing since from last 15 days
