Hi team,
We have ordered samsung led 24h4003 sf hd ready on 3rd of april 2017 from www.amazon.com. it was delivered to us on 7th of april 2017.
We did not check as we want to gift it to other person. We sent it as a gift, they called samsung team for installation on 5th of may 2017 and found that tv is not working.
Technician said it is a socket issue, they asked us to contact amazon team. We called up your team and placed the issue but they come up with a reply that return window is already closed and you need to ask company for replacement.
We go back to samsung team, another technician came to replace a socket and found that screen is broken but nothing is visible from outside.
However, same has been escalated to samsung senior management team and another technicians came to check and provided us final report on 31st of may.
We get back to amazon several times but didn't get required response as the return window was expired.
After all these back and forth we have not got any solution to this issue.
Response required - replacement of this product.
