My complain number [protected] & subsequent complain reference number [protected] to Samsung customer care. I purchased the LED tv on 05/04/2016, from that date 3 (thrice) times i was delivered a broken TV (inspected and rejected by your installation agent) by your dealer. It took almost 40days to get my new TV delivered. I bought an extended warranty immediately for 4 years expiring in 2020. Both my extended warranty and warranty still ran from the invoice date.
Recently I found that the sides of my panel emitting white vertical lines & i raised a complain to Samsung CC. The service centre after inspection called me back stating the panel of the LED is damaged and the part is not available and offers me a deducted settlement of 67% of the invoice amount in demand draft or coupon to which I STRONGLY disagree. My complain here is to inform you that i have invested a huge amount in Samsung TV & subsequently bought the extended warranty till 2020 to safeguard my investment. I feel deeply saddened and cheated by such approach by Samsung service centre. I with this complain would like to request you to kindly repair/ replace or refund the full amount of my LED invoice & warranty bill amount and help me.
Its been almost 1 month and senior CC executive Ms Priya Jha called me from Gurgaon head office and assured me of resolution. But its going to be almost 1 month and no one is calling back. I tried calling Samsung CC few times and they always promise someone will call back but alas! Thanking you.

And still not shared the base report on which they identify the physical damage also i have checked on line the same issue of internally crack screen cases are there with samsung .
