I have purchased samsung led 55d6600 tv from bajaj electronics, hyderabad vide invoice no. Mall/cr11/48550 dtd.28.12.2011 assuming that the quality of the product will be as good as any reputed brands available in india but to my dismay & sorrow i have encountered a problem with the quality of picture, display & sound. One of the samsung technicians visits my residence and gives an estimate (Rs.75, 000/-) of more than 50% of the cost of the tv (Rs.1, 40, 000/-) which is absurd. I strongly oppose to this kind of exploitation from the customers who repose faith and confidence in a company like samsung and spend huge money for the home appliances. I have seen tv's working perfectly for more than 10 years without problems but surprised to see that the product of samsung lasts for 5-6 years as in my case. How can samsung expect the customer to shell down whatever is demanded and spend huge amounts every 5 years for repairs within the life span of the product? Need resolution from samsung soon.
