I have bought a led tv from dl on 27th aug 2016 from (Techno kart) serial no. 23483zed600218l.. Led had issue in display hence i registered a complaint on samsung service center on 17th aug, an samsung engineer visited my mumbai address on 17th (As now i stay in malad west mumbai) and checked the led and confirmed that some chip is faulty hence need replacement. He took the tv pictures with the bill to take it further..
The engineer visited my place was more interested to sell extended warranty and least interested in my actual issue.
On 18th eve mohhamad (Engineer) informed back that this tv cannot be repaired in warranty due to some bill issue and asked me to speak to service center in charge mr. Vishwajeet. I spoke to him and vishawajeet said that i need to get a letter head (Signed and stamped) from the dealer on led purchase.
I don't know why i was been asked to produce letter head and declaration but when i saw nothing is moving and no one is listening to my issues i contacted the dealer and after many followups i have received the led sales declaration and mailed to samsung escalation team on 7th sep.
I bought samsung product just because i thought its a professional organization and as a customer i will not have any issue in after sale service but with my experience with this product i m very disappointed.
The way i have been treated it looks like i'm asking for loan and personal favors.
Its been 25 days i have been awaiting for the resolution but till date have not been given any solution. I have already provided sales invoice, dealer declaration, declaration form tecno kart of letter head on product sold.
I m writing this msg keeping a last hope that someone will try to understand my issue and will give me some solution.
