I have raised complaint as on 5th august to the samsung cc, regarding power supply in my tv, one engineer visited at my place, he suggested mother board is spoilt, i was informed to replace the mother board which costs apx. 7000, after 2days, he came with replacement of the the mother board (Tv was in his possession for two days.). After replacing the mother board, i have noticed sound of tv was not working properly.
After that i have called to cc to send engineer to fix the problem, cc informed me we do not have any complaint registered as on 5th august. I am not sure how 3rd person got my full address and contact number and visited my place without samsung knowledge, this is purely unethical and question of my security.
Is this the way samsung customer care is providing service to the customers.
Please take necessary action regarding this and let us know the status at the earliest.

problem in handset was only battery backup so there was only the option
to replace with a new battery..
as of today date 31st August 2k17, they havent repaired my handset and making so much excuses and delaying the date.
