I am totally fed-up with the kind of services/solutions offered by samsung customer service manager - rohit mazummdar and now i feel upper level involvement is very much required to get this issue resolved.
I bought my led on 11th may, 2017 but within 40 days of purchase, my led started giving trouble. The case was raised against the issues. As i was getting multiple issues, i requested to replace the tv but “rohit mazaummdar” instead denied replacing it as it has already crossed 1 month of your replacement policy. Though issue started appearing its early 10-15 days but as the product was new therefore i was unable to understand those issues and reported issues after a month when i got confirmed that these are really issues.
Final call was to replace display and motherboard. I agreed on it and both of got replaced with the hope that issue won’t occur again.
Now again after 10-15 days, the display has started giving trouble. This is not expected at all. Why only my product is getting malfunction again-n-again? I am totally disappointed with the working of my product and request to consider replacement of it as i don’t have time to deal with pathetic samsung customer care every time. I also shared video of the issue to customer care but no body turned up to see the problem so far. Please help to get the case close now.
