[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung led tv

Recently i purchased a samsung led tv online... But i found some issue related to sound... Whenever i called to samsung customer end... They just raise a complaint and assure me you get a call from our side... Our sound technical advisor called you in 24 hrs... Till date i'm not receiving any call from samsung side...
