This is a big frustrating and very bad customer service i have seen in my life. Samsung india is a stupid company and always cheat with every indian citizen.
I have purchase a new led tv 43’ on june 2017.in next month i saw few spots on the screen and it got increased day after other. Now i am seeing lines on the screen.
I called customer care and one service engineer visited. He declared this is a physical damage and couldn’t be fixed free of cost.
I totally disagree with his assumption and tried to contact the highest level possible in samsung india. But nothing helped me. The most pathetic situation was there customer care. They never gave me right advice anytime.
Hence i decided to pay rs. 23000 and get my tc fixed. They took the advance money and commited to fix in 5 days. But never showed up and giving excuses that the panel is coming through road transport. Why should i care, if they sending it through road or air. If i have paid and if they have commited, they should be fixed it on time.
Finally i have decided not to get it fixed and will go for other product of other company.
Who ever is reviewing this page, i would appel not to buy any samsung products.
