Respected sir/madam
I have a samsung level u
Purchased on 2-8 — 17
Stoped working after 3 weeks
I have given the item to sevice centre in good condition on 21-08-17 at 2.30 pm
Today[protected] i received a call from samsung service centre and they are telling that the product is damaged so it wil not cover under warranty
On[protected] the guy sitting in the reception checked the product and put the jobsheet
That time there is no damage in the product
Now they are telling that the product is damaged
Hope you will take decision regarding this
I have attached the job sheet for more clarification
