[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung level u under warranty not working

I had bought a samsung level u to help and support my daily call routine. But suddenly the on/off and charge light stopped working and since it was still connecting i was using that trusting the brand even i had visited the service station for the same they said it was due to light issue but everything is fine i trusted and started using with out those lights and later a month it stopped connecting. After it didn't work after constant follow ups service centre said they can't follow up neither the product which is covered under warranty was not replaced only because of a bit flexy damage near the product. This is not accepted from a reputed company like dis... We buy expensive product comparatively for its durability and from well known companies since we trust those
