Purchased a new microwave and with in 2 months from date of purchased pcv got damaged. Sr raised for the same and your engineer mr sukanta kumar contact no-[protected] visited my house on 24th july and as per him pcv was damaged.
He assured me that same will be replaced within 5 to 7 working days.
But today is 9th of august 2017 and already 15 days gone without any solution nor i received any response form your people.
If you people are unable to solve the issue request to refund my money and take back your valuable product. I am attaching the purchase bill for your reference
