[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung mobile

I purchased samsung b110 e/d mobile handset on nov. 22, 2017. When i removed sims from it and reinserted them back device start asking 8 digit password. No password was setup by me. I contacted your authorised service centre located at bharatpur, rajasthan. Service centre officials denied to resolve such problem. On contacting company customer service executive they listen my problem but said that it will be chargeable. I am very much unsatisfied by service and their behaviour.

I have purchase samsjng s7 edge since the dah i ourchase the phone get hange and blue led appear many time i have to do a hard reset to use my phone and lost lot of data... i request u to solve this issue and help me
