Samsung mobile model j210 galaxy j2 (4g) - [protected] purchased from m/s. Poorvika mobiles pvt. Ltd, avadi, chennai - 600054 on 08/02/2017 vide invoice no. Si/ava/25829 dt.08/02/2017 for rs.10750/-.
Surprisingly just after expiry of warranty period i. E.09/02/2018 the mobile is getting switched off automatically and indicating due to over heat.
Seeing no other alternative the above said mobile given to samsung authorized service center at ambattur on 12/02/2018 (Being 11/02/18 was holiday). The mobile is under checking paying service charges of rs.180/-.
I would like to know whether at this stage i have to pay the charges of any spares if required to be changed (Software/hardware) or the company will bear the charges to keep maintain the customers relation/satisfaction.
