[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung not reliable

Hey I''m purchase Samsung Gear Fit 2, 24 May 17 after 1 month my fit 2 charging not properly like contented and disconnected and I''m released charging pin day by day not good condition and again inform to customer call center, a June-17 to inform my gear fit 2 charging problem and September 17 & 8th September token no [protected] customer care executive told me please visit service center I''m helping for your problem and yesterday my fit 2 not detected charging and visiting to Samsung service center and service engineer told charging pin is a physical Damage, this is a physical Damage and call to customer care for my last problems but not help me I''m suppressing and this is not under warranty and repairing cost rs 2600/- im told this is not a physical Damage this is a manufacturing defect, and I''m already inform Samsung customer call center my charging problem but no one help me, customer care executive told please open job sheet bill no ( [protected]) Okhla phase 1 and again call to customer care and assign my complent no [protected] and cust care executive assuring my feedback forward to senior consultant, and today evening I''m online check my service history status my fit 2 repaired and collect service center but and few minutes call from Okhla service center told your fit 2 not repaired and this is not in under warranty and pay 2600/-

toady received a call from Samsung, im telling my all problem but same reply from samsung this is a physically damage and under warranty i, i dont no 12 month ki warrnty ki part ki hai agar

Samsung gear fit 2 Warble hai to wo hath ma hi pehnge and hath ma passina bhi aayga and phir use charge khi karna hoga aur charging duck and watch mai electrical connection hoga, charging pin mai kuch to recation hoga to pins ko better hona chiye kyunki fit 2 ip65/68 hai

yaa to fit2 ko wareble nhi kaeha chiye better name pocket watch

I''m not refer to buy Samsung fit 2 buy bcoz not and good product and not a good service from Samsung

Bought the mobile 2 months back from reliance store in Hyderabad. just Now I'm noticing my mobile is not charging completely beyond 93 percentage. I Tried discharging the battery to 0 percent and tried charging fully, even its not passing 93 percent.I want a new j7 max mobile because I cant use the repaired mobile if you repair and give.
