I purchased the phone on 14th feb 2016
Screen is punctured with pressure according to the customer service centre of samsung
No physical damage or scratch on phone
Upper glass is intact and scratchless
No phone drop

Need support from forum to get my phone repaired by samsung free of cost or replaced.

Hi team,


Is everyone in your team is not enough educated to respond what i am asking for. Everyone is writing the same scripted things.


I am asking for is to write down what has happened to my phone under what circumstances they believe this might have happened.


Hope to get someone with little knowledge and sense of reading.


Free of cost repair would be provided to me in any case. As the product is under warranty what i am asking is for the refund or replacement. If not possible then let me know the details explaining what has happened to my phone under what circumstances do you all believe this could have happen.


If this is also not possible then possibly i presume that i need to go for the consumer court to get some answers.

What i am asking is that if you can't replace the phone or refund my money for the phone, then i am asking for the issue to be informed to me in written crisp and clear. What has happened to my phone and stating that this happens to the samsung product and customer has to bear the charges for it.

Hi Pankaj,

Even I bought a Samsung Note 5. Pathetic service from Samsung. Even I am writing emails to them but its of no use I think.

My phone was hanging from the day I bought it and finally after 10 months o[censored]sage, it started over heating and the battery swelled.

Samsung is one of the worst companies.
