[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung note 8 display problems even after screen replacement from authorized service center

My samsung note 8 phone is constantly facing problems even after replacing parts of it under warranty.

Within six months of purchase the phone started showing horizontal and vertical lines which is serious display glitch and after the authorized samsung service center replaced the screen and battery i am facing the same issue after 3 months o[censored]se. And the second time they have done the same but i am doubtful if anything will change from that. I do not want to keep facing this issue because my warranty will run out within three months.
I am attaching the previous bill number as well and the complaint number with this email. Go through it and reply asap.

I want the company to replace the phone completely or give me a refund on the phones bill amount. I was of the impression that buying an expensive flagship phone from samsung will keep my business running smooth but i have face more problems with it because most of the time the phone is in the service center and the company does not even offer a standby phone. Instead the company is forcing me to extend the warranty which feels like a complete scam to me. I have already spent inr 70, 000 on the phone and i do not wish to keep adding to that. The previous samsung note 7 was face the “explosion” issue and this note 8 has a [censored] screen that keeps glitching. Other people are also facing the same problem and i am attaching the links for the same which you can refer.

Consider this email an official notice that if my warning is not considered and responded with positive action i will take legal action and file a case in the consumer court.

P. S: i am truly regretting buying a [censored] samsung phone, i could have easily purchased a one plus or some other phone at half the cost with better functionality and excellent customer service.
