I purchased Samsung galaxy Note 9 online from Amazon on 23rd Aug 2018 in pre-order offer, where if we pre-oder Samsung note 9 the offer was to give samsung gear sport worth 20, 000 for 5000 rs. I believed and ordered samsung Galaxy Note 9, later there was few steps which need to follow which was done still i have not received the promo code for the offer. i called customer care multiple times and every time i call they ask me to send email to "mg.[protected]@samsung.com" i have almost sent 8 emails with my phone details, order invoice, booking summary, IMEI number, registered mobile number, registered email id. Every time i get a response asking for same information again and again, i dont understand if people at customer care at least read our emails or just copy and paste some info and reply back.

I hope Samsung gives some importance to its customer
