I purchased the samsung on max mobile from samsungestore on 8th august 2017. I received the delivery on 10th august. On opening the box, i saw that the phone display was not working. I called samsung customer care. They asked me to take the phone to the nearest samsung service center.
The service center team checked the phone and issued a doa certificate. I sent the doa certificate to samsung estore and the reverse pickup was arranged on 23rd august. Till date, i. E. 12th september, there is no update from samsung as to when i will be issued a replacement. Every time i call the customer care, i am told that my concern has been forwarded to the necessary team and i am asked to call back to check the status after 48-72 hours.
