My name is ashish gupta & this is regarding my samsung j7 on next mobile phone which is having a charging issue. This phone has suddenly has not getting charge issue from yesterday 02/11/2018 friday, for which i visited the samsung service center in thane. There when they took my mobile for checking it, phone was on & working with battery almost 50% showing. The service center person on diagnosing said that it is the software issue, for which they need to update the software & check, i told them to go ahead & waited there in service center, but after some time they brought the mobile back to me which was completely dead (Not powering on) & said it’s not the software issue it’s the internal motherboard issue (Hardware issue) & they will repair / replace the part but on chargeable basis. My phone is already in warranty as it was purchased by me on 24/12/2017 & the phone was on & working when i had given it to service center person. Due to unprofessional technical person of that service center my phone is completely dead now.
I will not pay anything as its samsung service center person’s fault, due to lack of their knowledge & caliber. I either want a new phone as replacement or i want my existing phone to be repaired / back to proper working condition without any cost as my mobile phone is still under warranty period.
I have all the relevant documents of this phone purchase with me.
