[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung printer m2876nd

We purchased the printer considering the brand, and its features around a year back. Now we facing issues of printer not recognising paper in the tray, also not responding. Its hung.

The problem is there is no after sales service, no onsite service.
Firstly suprised how can a printer from samsung printer have so many problems. We used hp printer inject for 7 years without any problems.

Apprantely suamsung has given away the service of the printer to hp, who treat samsung customer like aliens. There is no service center close by. The error shown showns that some board is gone. I mean 1 year and board is gone. I wont be suprised if they dont even have the parts available

Need someone to help me fix the issue
