Dear management team,
I would like to update you guys that samsung care and senior technical team is not at all supporting me in my samsung fridge fire accident case, i tried to connect with customer care team where from the escalationt team member-gaurav misbehaving over the call and then sr technician teams are not responding me properly and trying to misguide me in every point.
My ticket numbers are [protected] & [protected] and now after so may days and increased hours i have no choice except complaint a file in indian judiciary system via consumer courts etc. Also for the massive harassment and inhuman behaviour even i am gonna to involve koira team and if needed will ask help from korian gov for the positive favour and set for penalties for all above charges for sure in coming days time for sure.
