I sourav kumar purchased samsung s-7 edge emi no. 357327/07/350506/3 & 357328/07/350506/1 from electronic paradice jakapuri on 12th jan2017. At the time of purchase mr. Neeraj mob no. :- [protected] your samsung executive fooled me by saying getting rs. 1000 insurance, company is giving you insurance cover including screen damage also. And on 20th august 2017 when i took my mobile with broken screen to ashok vihar service center they said the scheme was closed two days before my
Purchase which is 10th jan 2017. So i hereby request you clear the matter and repair my phone without any cost to me. I hope you value ur customers and make sure they are not being cheated anymore by making false commitments by your executive.
