It’s more than 10 days since you have told that you will speak to the service center and get back to me with regard to the screen problem of my mobile. I tried reaching you but it went to your voice mail box wherein i have left a msg to you. Can you please look into the harrowing experience am going through for keeping faith in samsung and purchasing this high end mobile asap.

Am once again going through the harrowing experience with regard to the samsung s7 edge after the screen replacement at my cost for the self-damage caused. The following are the details with attachment.
 after many promises for replacing the screen / refunding the cost of the mobile – the screen cost it has taken almost 3 months for samsung to get back to us and stating that the replacement is not possible and we have to repair the mobile at our cost.
 we have replaced the screen at our cost of more than 15 k and got back the mobile delivered on 01.03.2017.in this period of almost 6 months we haven’t used the mobile.
 the new screen was replaced and the mobile was given to us on 01.03.2017 with only 3 months as guarantee period, however you have promised to give an additional guarantee of 3 months since the mobile was not used for almost 6 months.
 the screen has started flickering again without any mishandling from our end and it was taken to your nungambakkam service center for the screen repair / replacement.
 as per your own version we still have one more week for the additional guarantee provided by you orally.
 mr. Anwar the floor manager of your nungambakkam service center is asking for a mail approval from your side for the additional 3 months guarantee committed by you orally for which you haven’t sent a mail.
 we have tried contacting you from samsung service center nungambakkam through mr. Anwar for which he replied that you are very busy and i have provided all the details to him which he promised to get back to me and still he hasn’t got back to me.
 i have tried your land line no with your extension and the call was not picked up and it went to voice mail in which i have requested you to call back which has no response till date.
 there is no response for the mail sent to your chairman / managing director desk also which is quite surprising!!!
 please note that the mobile was purchased on 13th july 2017 and in this 15 months the mobile couldn’t be used for 6 months for want of screen replacement, so actually we have used the mobile for 9+ months only with one screen replacement done at our cost due to our mishandling and non availability of screen at your end and now again am facing a problem with the flickering screen
I don’t want to dig into the past for which am feeling cheated even today and want a positive response from you for the commitment of three months additional warranty for the mobile screen as promised by you.
Hope you would give a positive response this time at least.

I don’t understand who is sending these kind of false sms from samsung. Samsung is keeping on dragging and on december 7th i have send you the pictures as required by you and no resolution has been reached as of now and am getting such sms now.

Enclosed please find the picture of the mobile with broken screen as required by you. Again i reiterate we are willing to pay the actual cost of the screen which was broken. I don’t want the money refunded to me back as promised by your samsung service center in nandanam after deducting the screen cost for the mobile.
My son wants to use only samsung s7 edge hence if an new replacement can be provided by paying the cost of the screen broken we will pay the money and take the new handset as i promise and commit.
This request comes to you after your service center has committed that they will refund the money back to us.
In case of any queries please do call me from 9.30 am to 9.30 pm, since i won’t be in a position to receive calls before 9 am.
Request that this matter be sorted out at the earliest.

Enclosed please find the samsung s7 edge service center copy given on 10th october and the estimation given on 15th october 2016 when i visited your service center along with my son richard for whom i have purchased this mobile.
The service center manager told me that i will get the refund within 10 to 15 days since the replacement screen / touch was not available with samsung and after a lot of deliberation they have taken my cancelled cheque and have filled the necessary format but the refund promised was not deposited in my account and after almost a month am receiving a call from your service center stating that the replacement screen can be done.
In this context request you to provide a replacement handset to my son as committed by the service center.
