Sir.. I m using samsung products since 10 years... I purchased s7 edge on 21 sep 2016..in 55900... Now my s7 edge screen broken... During purchasing time sales man assure me for one time screen replacement offer
. But now service centre denied offer... When i call to samsung customer care twice.. Talked with mr. Arjun... And mr pradeep... Both assure me that i m eligible for offer... But today i got call from samsung. They said i m not eligible for offer... Plz solve my query...
