Technical issues with s7 edge and lack of service
Respected sir/madam,
I, dr. Nibin sanil am writing to inform to you regarding the mobile phone i purchased 1and half years back, samsung s7 edge around the time of its release. Despite no physical or any other form of damage, i have been facing issues with the set since more than a month and i have since then contacted many customer care executives and personally visited the authorized service provider in mangalore for the same twice, but in vain. No appropriate guidance has been provided. I have had smart tutor application installed and my phone had been assessed by the technical support indirectly too and they too informed me to put my phone on safe mode and inform them if it was still recurring. The issue is my phone auto restarts and now turns off on its own while using. I wasnt able to give my feedback about the issue recurring on safe mode. After the lack if support i decided to give my phone for the second time to the service provider. The first time i was notified that there was a software issue and it had been dealth with. But then, i faced issues the very day i brought back my phone from service centre. The second time i submitted my phone i was notified that they could not find any issues with the phone and they said it "might be a motherboard issue" and that i would have to pay an alarming 20, 000 rs for replacing the same, just on the basis of the doubt they have. I bought the phone for around 50, 000rs and now just a year later i am being asked to pay 20, 000 rs for a motherboard issue that even the technical support is unsure of. Did not expect this from such a big company like samsung. I request you to look into the matter and notify me as soon as possible.
