I purchase samsung s8 from your distributor the mobile store ltd

Shop-57 m block connaught place delhi-110001, i am facing problem

Very first day when i purchase this phone their is some line on

Said to its scratch but i go to check phone to samsung

At preet vihar after check my phone its approved by your

And she is very rude behavior she said its manufacturing

Default its confirm by us but we can only repaire this not to

Replace but i want to replace my device when its a manufacturing

Default so why i m responsible and why i

Am using a repaired phone. My complaint no who registered your

Saidwe cant hepl you if want to replace or further help so you

Please contact samsung coustmer care i talk to their also

Should go to service center and if they denied so you call to us

We talk now i am really frustrated and you and your system

Hares me, so i want replace my phone bcz its a manufacturing

Default not my fault if its not happening i will go for some legal
