Before this time, twice I went the service center for bbattery back up issue, but they charged for update of software & didnot recommend to change the battery. May be because software update gives more margin to them. This time, again they were recommending for software update but I categorically asked for change of battery. They took my phone after checking the availability of battery & asked me come next day to collect the phone with new battery. Next day, they call me & say that the battery cannot be changed as phone is slightly bent & hence I took the same assuming nothing has been done. The very next day, I found that the screen was slightly opening up as screen was not properly fixed. Today I got time & went to state the fact to the service center but they simply denied the fact that they have opened the phone. I donot agree to their statement. I think they have spoiled the phone.
This incident makes me feel that the service center people are not equipped to handle customer complaint.
I also use Iphone & had really good experience with their service center. Their sensitivity to support customer is way ahead of Samsung service center.
