I purchased samsung s7 edge and got extented warranty. On 03/10/2018 i submitted the phone in faridabad sector 16 teleericision authorised service centre for network issue and pink line on the screen sometime.
When i gone there to receive back the product. I saw sratches were there on the home key. Therefore i didnt accept the phone. Then i mail to ceo desk and at samsung support then the excalation team called me and mr. Pradeep suri handled my case after 20 days he told me to pay 10000 rupee after giving 30% discount.
Tell me why i will pay 10, 000/- when my display is okye and the home key was sractched in the service centre only.
