This complaint is regarding my product samsung ssd.
The shocking part is that there is no service center or support mentioned anywhere on the website. After talking to the customer care i finally got an email address where i reported my concern
I have written twice to support. [protected]@samsung.com but there is a delayed response from them and till now i haven't found any resolution as yet.

Dear team samsung,
This is regarding the product samsung ssd 850 evo 250gb ;
S/n0. S21nnsag333015d purchased on 15th july 2015.
The disk has stopped functioning recently and now it's not detected on any computer hence leading to loss of valuable data.
Since this product falls under 5-year warranty, i would like to know the procedure to claim replacement for the same. I am very surprised to see there is no mention of customer service for samsung storage devices which would be difficult for a consumer to locate.
I have attached the original invoice copy and the picture of the ssd containing details of serial no. And other details if required.
