Hello i m continuing with samsung product since long period of time but this time i had experienced a worst and very bad response from the executives and manager of samsung service center situated at hariniwas circle thane, as i had purchased a samsung tab a 3 months before and my charger is not working properly it takes 10 to 12 hours to charge the tab and still i get 30 to 40 % of charging also if i move the product during charging it activates and deactivates, hence i decided to move on to service center, when i report there to the representatives about the problem they said that they have to replace the charger bcoz its in warranty period but they dont have the stock of charger so he asked me to wait for 4 working days, i asked them that how could i use till date than i got an answer that "ye aapka problem hai usme hum kuch nahi kar sakte"than i said them that my child is addict towards tab for playing games so pls make some options than i got replied "itna hi nahi agar aapko replace karwana hai to abhi aapko aapka handset aur charger yahi drop karke jaana hoga fir aapko call ayega tab aakar apna tab aur charger lekar jaana" than i replied "this is rediculous why should i drop my handset as there was no issue i said ki main bahar se naya charger leleta hu aur tab use karta hu jab aapke pas charger aajayega to mujhe call kardena main receive karlunga than they said ki" aisa nahi chalega aapko handset aur charger sab yehi drop karke jaana hoga chahe kitne bhi din lage wo humko nahi malum aur tumko kuch problem hai to jaake company ko complaint karo hamko dusra bhi kaam hai ek customer ke piche itna time barbaad nahi karna hai, tumko charger lena hai naya tab lena hai jo karna hai karo lekin humko pareshan mat karo aur jo ukhadna hai ukhadlo call center me call karo company ko mail karo ya company ke naam pe complaint karo humko jo karna hai hum karenge"
Jab maine ye sab baate sun to fir maine without complaint launch kare waha se apna charger aur handset lekar chala aaya, ab agar mujhe company ki taraf se positive feedback nahi milta hai to main definately us service center ke against police complaint file karunga aur hosaka to samsung company ke naam pe bhi case file karunga,
Qki insaan agar koi device purchase kart hai to wo apna paisa dekar kharidta hai naaki warranty claim karne ke liye beizzat aur time waste karana kisiko pasand hai
Koi logic hi nahi hai boss ki mera charger kharab hai to main handset bhi jama karke aau i have other options by purchasing another charger
Ye to zabardasti hogai ki pareshani uthao so pls resolve my problem if possible nahi to chahe kitna bhi aur kharch ho lekin main inlogo ko nahi chodsakta Was this information helpful? |
