[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung tv repair charged 1600/ rupees, still facing problem, service center executive not responding calls

Hello samsung tv customer care,

I have samsung tv and there is problem in bad picture quality and annoying sound. Samsung tv details below-

Model no - ls19c170bs/xl
Serial no - mrbxhxcda03661f
Monitor type - led backlit lcd
Size - 46.99 cm (18.5)

So i called to customer care and call logged to one of your service centre, details below

Executive (Name - subodh) came at my home and said having problem in main pcb and asking to change motherboard.

He charged 1, 600/- and we have paid the charge after changing the mother board, still we are facing problem - not able to see picture and sound.

Now we are trying to reach the executive and service centre, no one is picking up the call. It is too ridiculous.


I want to resolve this problem immediately or need the money back.

After 3 day's

One of your engineering reached at my home on friday-12th oct and said problem is in your tv display not in motherboard. Asking to change it and charges will be 3, 500/ rupees.

I said don’t want to change display now. Want my money back due to wrongly changes of motherboard and charged 1, 600/- rupees.


I was expecting call from you since friday, but no any further movement.

Kindly collect/take your mother board and return my collected money 1, 600/- rupees.

This is really ridiculous and disappointing behavior you people. Don’t try to make fool customer.
