You are given the best possible solution is 100 percent wrong. I want to complete mobile service required. Why because the local service center given the report 100 percent fraud report to you. So please observe and take the necessary action immediately other thing the device submitted in local service center 7th sep but the service center open the device after 3 days this is correct way or service and one thing any liq damage device open after 3 days this is very negligence of local service center this not correct report given to you please check device physically and send report with pics. Ok until than we can not accept your given the temporarily solution. Pl give the best solution to the customer dont play the unnecessary tricks
