I am writing this email with grief and i would like to register an official complaint about the samsung washing machine (Wobble technology) which blew up and caught fire yesterday in my home and which was quite devastating, deadly but god forbid – my family is safe and with the help of few neighbors, were able to put off the fire and reduced damages further.
Due to this fire accident – i had incurred a loss of approximately around 60+ thousand rupees and now i need to paint the whole house and get new water heater/geyser and also some repair works of electrical and hardware’s.
I have bought 2 products from samsung i e.. Samsung tv+speakers (Jolly series) and washing machine (Wobble technology).
It is absolutely very disappointing to see such a top brand like samsung products malfunctioning.
And i would like to know how you would be compensating these damages and i would like to know how or what measures will be put in place to avoid such accidents in future?
Note: since the product caused fire, hence i had lost all the bills and warranty details but have attached the photos of the damaged.
