[Resolved]  Samsung India — service centre

My galaxy j7 display broke in july 17 which i got replaced in samsung service center in indira nagar, bangalore after paying 4400 rs. They gave a warranty of 3 months on the repair. This month my phone’s display stopped working suddenly. There was no external damage/crack at all on the screen. As it was in the warranty period of 3 months, i took my phone to the service center. They said they will replace it free of cost as there was no external damage and it was under warranty and asked me to come the next day. The next day when i went to take my phone, they had cracked my screen saying that there was an internal crack already and when they opened to check it, the crack “increased”. And they denied repairing it under warranty. 3 people fought with me over this together and asked me to call customer care. When i called customer care, first he started with “i understand mam”, put me on hold for a while and then he also started telling me the same things that the service centre people were saying. So basically, they cracked my screen themselves and then told me that they can’t repair it under warranty because it has external damage. Please help. (Sri ventures samsung service centre, indira nagar, bangalore, karnataka).
