[Resolved]  Samsung India — service is just a name

I have given my phone on 21st oct 17 at samsung service center nasik for screen replacement in offer of one time replacement
1. Documents requirement not cleared at the the time of phone submission
2. Service centre manager contact no not ready to provide
3. Company approval pending till the time
4. Pathetic service customer should know how much time it takes
5. Phone already repaired but i have to wait till company approve but it wasn't informed prior to me

It is under warranty period .I have called so many times in local service center at chhapra Bihar but no one has picked up the mobile .kindly help me .
