My galaxy j7 prime phone has been submitted to samsung's jaipur service center (Ablaze communications) on 27th oct as i was unable to make any calls and if someone callsme - gets the message that the phone is busy. The service request# is [protected]. When it was submitted the service center rep. Told me that sir it would require mother board change and it will be done in 20 days.
Now on exact 20 days (17th nov) the status of the complaint on online portal has been changed to - completed and mentioned to pick up the phone as it has been repaired.
When i reached the service center they told me that sir it's not done and your phone is sent to vidhvyadhar nagar service center and it will be done by 21st nov. Now when i called them on 22nd they told me sir it will take 4-5 more days when i asked them what's the issue - thye told me that - sir we have billing issues with samsung.
Now i called the samsung customer care and they are super intelligent :- (
They said that they have raised a complaint on service and a i will get a reply in 24 hrs... Nothing been done so far and when i asked customer care exec. That i want to talk to your senior... She told me sure sir i am transferring your line to my senior for that you need to be on hold for a min... I agreed.
Now i was on hold for almost 2 mins then the hold has been removed but no response and then after a min the call was ended from samsung side.
If samsung india need a proof i have recordings available for all the conversations i had. Was this information helpful? |
