We had made a service request as our washing machine was not working. The service executive showed up as on 22.12.2017 at around 7.00 pm and clicked a picture of the machine. He asked us to purchase a new machine and started telling about getting all the parts exchanged suggesting us various vendors for the same, without even checking the machine. The executive was way too rude. When we told him that he shall atleast check the issue, he started yelling, took the service charge, without providing service and left. Henceforth, we called a local electrician to check the same. He checked and found cloth lint in the water pipe of the machine, post discarding which the machine is now working completely fine. We are highly unsatisfied with such service from such reputed brand as samsung. We demand the wasted service charge paid to the samsung executive along with the compensation for the troubles faced.
