Dear sir
I have registered a service request no [protected] dated 23th june 2017 but till date your technical team can not resolve the issue.
The problem that i have faced to resolve a small issue for the refrigerator
1) always your chat team is very positive but there is no support from the service center.
2) no one tell us the real picture, what is the problem? They lack man power, they do not have spare or they are not interested.
3) have chat many times till now, they always apologize for the delay & say they will forward one reminder, arrange a call. But cannot tell us when they will resolve the issue (Which date, year??). What is the problem (Man power, unavailable spare or not interested.
Please understand that your time is as important as mine, give a clear picture, if you can not resolve look for other alternative.
