[Resolved]  Samsung India — sm-n9208zkuxme - imei - [protected] - mobile not working

I gave my mobile on 18/nov/2017 to samsung service in india - tamilnadu - chennai - nugumbakkam - service center:[protected].in my job sheet they took the complaint as display problem, they said for changing the display i have to pay around rs.8000. I accepted gave the mobile for servicing. On that day (18/nov/2017) evening i received message as your mobile ready please come and collect it. When i went to collect they said mother board in mobile is the problem. I asked why this wasn't diagnose before they said mistakenly it happened. I called customer care team to give complaint. Customer service team accepted as service team has done this mistake. I have asked the same thing as written statement. But they said it cant be given in statement. Again i got a call back from escalation team contact#+[protected]. Mr. D. Sundaram extn:1631 he said he will ask the service team to coordinate with me to finish the problem without paying additional cost. Now escalation team is saying its not a problem of service team and they are asking me to contact service team to pay amount. They are forcing me to pay rs.23000 to service completely and they are not sure will it work properly or not.

I had recorded the mobile conversation whatever i discussed with service center member and customer care team. Now i would like to escalate this to your attention to get my problem solve without any trouble.

Samsung name is getting spoiled because of this unprofessional service and support team. Because of this problem am under tremendous mental pressure everyday i am getting tense its spoiling my health.

At present nobody called me to give the status of my mobile.

For further details am ready to come to chennai office at any time with all the proof. I am expecting a prompt solution from your end. Hope my expectation will be met.

11/dec/2017 i got a call from escalation team mrs. Sangeetha spoke with me. She didnt even ready to speak about my problem, immediately she wants the confirmation from my side to pay that rs.23000 or not. I was waiting for the feedback call from sundaram. Because he said there will be one technical engineer will validate my mobile again and he will get the apologise letter from customer service center. But so far i havent get it. After i informed this to sangeetha i got a call from mr. Sundaram. Sundaram spoke with me, he said didnt commit about apologise letter and technical engineer verification.

They are very keen about to close this ticket and making me to pay the amount.

As per your below email i am ready to wait but i need a prompt solution for this issue. Or please escalate this issue to some other level. For your kind reference whatever i had discussion with customer service and support team got recorded. I got recorded all the calls spoke with mr. Sundaram too. Today he is very rude to me. I don't know is this the way to treat your customer.

If you want i am ready to email all the details or can i meet your superiors in chennai location to submit all the proof.

If mistake is from my side i am ready to pay the amount or will take back the mobile from service center. But so far all the mistake was done by service team so kindly take immediate action on it and get solve.
