[Resolved] Samsung India — speakers not working when we call to any one and in case of incoming call speakers are not working for both incoming and outgoing calls...

I have purchased samsung galaxy on7 prime as on dated 12.09.2018... And now more than one week my handset not working properly... Incoming and outgoing speakers not working.. So many call made in my mobile but unable to talk anybody... And when i call to anyone.. No voice comes from other side... I am really disappointing to this handset... Kindly replace my handset.. And i have purchased this handset form amazon...
