To concerned authority of samsung,
Could you resolve or give a solution to recurring panel problem with one of your samsung tv model (Ua46d6600). As neither your authorized service personnel nor your call center guys are giving a proper response
Tv model: ua46d6600 (3d smart tv)
Bought it on 2012 (Price: 1.35lacs) after 17 months o[censored]sage the panel board had a problem and replaced after spending 35k (The reason behind is it just survived warranty period of 12 months)
Couple of weeks back there was issue with the replaced panel, only samsung logo was getting displayed in tv when switched on,
Root cause identified on trial and error basis:
After booking a complaint, samsung authorized service person did initial checks to identify the rook cause, he diagnosed it as circuit board issue and we were given an estimate of 6k for resolving the problem. He received
Advance of 2k on the same day and placed order. It was a long wait and he turned only after 10 days (The reason he gave is because of cm's visit there was delay in receiving the courier)
The next part is even more tragic, after trying with the new circuit board he had no clue of what went wrong and said it was the problem with panel and not the circuit board. All we were given is another estimate of 60k rupees.
When we ask some questions we should be given a proper response, but that did not happen in any of the event.
Queries:
Is your service engineers trained to work on trial and error basis? They don’t have justified answer for any of our questions
The reason we get from service engineers is more pathetic "all these electronic products will work based on your (Customers) luck"
Is samsung doing quality test of products at customers money, point here is these issues need to be sorted before launching a product into market
What kind of experience that samsung is providing to customers?
Is this a faulty model from samsung and customers are cheated as i could see many post stating the same panel issues with this model?
Won't the company take any responsibility? Or give us some valid solutions except for selling again and again this faulty panel to us?
