[Resolved] Samsung India — sudden bursting and cracking of samsung phone while charging

Dear sir,

This is to convey the message that we are investing vast money in such big brands such as samsung with the hope that we are buying something worth. But what we never know that they are just selling it for the sake of money making without think twice about customer safety by compromising on quality.
I was charging my samsung a7 2016 model on 27.11.2017 with the respective charger beside me and without any sign it just burst out from the back with blusterous knocking sound. That was perhaps a frightening for me that even such big brand name cannot withstand our hopes and trust.
Kindly take strict action.

Please note that I have received call from [protected], He is asking my Credit Card No after that he asking one OTP number.
This is not official way to asking the same. If refund my mobile amount kindly refund the same on official way through cheque.

I am very say that after 5 day pass away still not given any respond such big brands such as samsung. Its ok
But question is what we never know that they are just selling it for the sake of money making without think twice about customer safety by compromising on quality?????.
