Dear Sir,
I have purchased once Microwave as per the above referred Invoice and the same was delivered at my place on 27th Aug 2018.
The necessary payment was done for this purchase on 25th Aug 2018.
The Microwave supplied to me is damaged / defective. This has been communicated to your staff on 2nd Sep 2018 during my visit to your shop.
I have also raised my complaint to the Samsung Call Centre on 1st Sep 2018.
This issue was not raised before 1st Sep 2018, as I was out of town. I have been following up with your team as well as Samsung Call Centre and till date this issue has not been resolved and I am still awaiting for the replacement of Microwave.
This matter is related to Cheating as well as Customer Harassment as I have paid the money for new Microwave but I have been provided the damaged / defective Microwave.
I have called customer care several time and also send few emails.
Till date I have not been provided with the replacement of the Microwave.
I have made more than 100 calls and written so many mails but every time they are asking for time extension.
