My name is amrit pal singh. My contact number is [protected]. I have purchased samsung galaxy a in march 2017 approx 8 or 9 months ago. Now i am facing charging issue, battery backup issue and phone restart issue. I take my tab to samsung service station, after checking they called me that some pins are damaged from motherboard and need to change the motherboard. They said it will cost me[protected] rs for changing the motherboard. There is no external damage from my end. When i give my tab to service centre it was fine. Now they said i had damage the product. But how because i dont have any option to open the tab. They also charged me 350 rs for analysis the product. If my product is under warranty then why i have to pay.
Now i am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court about this. That if my product is under warranty and without any external damage how my motherboard damaged internally. If it damaged from service center while analyse the product why they are charging me even the product is in warranty. I had submit my tab to samsung service centre in mohali.

I am looking for samsung reply about this. I had also recorded call conversation of samsung service center that they will not repair it in warranty. So i have decided to see samsung in consumer court now. As i have pay rs. 17000 for this product. If they are not able to give service then you have to pay for it now.
